FEES

According to Law No. 13-07 of October 29, 2013, it is established that " fees are freely agreed between the litigant and the lawyer based on the work provided, the nature and stages of the case and the importance of the latter's efforts. The amount of fees cannot be subordinated to the results obtained. Any agreement to the contrary is null and void... "

Algerian law does not charge for lawyers' services. The principle of freedom of fees allows the firm to offer several remuneration formulas at the discretion of the client.

The amount of the fees is thus determined in advance with the client in a completely transparent manner, thus allowing perfect cost control. No significant expenditure will be made without the client's prior agreement.

Fees are always exclusive of taxes (VAT at 17%) and excluding costs and expenses. They may vary depending on the time spent, the difficulty of the case or the economic and financial issues.

The firm also offers monthly legal subscriptions for individuals and businesses based on your needs. Each subscription allows you to benefit from a specific number of hours of advice and litigation from experienced lawyers and legal experts in the field.

A detailed summary of the services provided is sent to clients each month, in order to ensure regular monitoring of the missions carried out within the framework of the packages selected by clients in legal advice and litigation.

If the package is exceeded, the amount of overtime is determined based on the subscription chosen and the client is immediately notified by the firm.
